After the deaths of his first and second wife, cosmetic mogul Cheuk Gwan Lam tries to turn over a new leaf. As fate would have it, he encounters a resourceful young man known as Ringo Poon, through whom he sees a younger version of himself. Cheuk Gwan Lam develops a familial attachment towards Ringo. The young man also wins the favor of Cheuk’s secretary Rachel Chan, who believes that Ringo would lead the company, Endless Beauty, to success. Rachel, still mourning over the disappearance of her husband Vincent many years ago, drowns herself with work. Endless Beauty, as well as Cheuk Gwan Lam himself, becomes her sole purpose in life. Ringo exploits the trust Rachel has in him, also winning Cheuk Gwan Lam’s approval. Little do they know that Ringo is actually secretly conspiring with a team of talented people on the sly to steal trade secrets from large corporations for money. Ringo has been planning this for years, seeking the best opportunity to take destructive revenge on Endless Beauty.
Ah Sang was about to find out the building where Ringo rented out a small office. He goes to check it out and finds walls of info and pictures about him and the people around him. He finds Ringo’s old diary when he was younger and reads it. The last entry he wrote was about returning to Hong Kong and seeing his father again with a new woman and new life and swearing for revenge.
Cheuk Gwan Lam’s head starts hurting and he drops the diary.
He sees his wife in his dreams again. He wants to know what he can do to make it up to Ringo when the other is so intent on getting revenge. Endless Beauty is his life’s work; he put way too much blood, sweat, and tears into it for it to go down in shambles. His wife doesn’t answer him. She only tells him he needs to learn to let go.
Cheuk Gwan Lam wakes up in a hospital. His doctor tells him his condition is getting worse. He might not make it past two months.

Her friend chides her for raising her son like this. Instead, she presents three tickets to Disneyland for the three of them to go. Rachel agrees but tells her she’ll be a little late.
When she shows up at the entrance, she finds Ringo there. Apparently Laura had something come up and Mr. Hong had homework to do so they couldn’t make it and told him to go in their place. Ringo offers to take her home but since they’re there already, Rachel decides to go play. Ringo’s expression brightens up immediately and he turns into a big child.
They go on rides together, take pictures, and ends the night watching fireworks. Someone bumps into Rachel and causes her to twist her ankle. Ringo carries her on his back and helps her home.
Laura catches the two really close and staring at each other. She excuses herself but Ringo tells her that she was just helping Rachel. He hands her over to Laura and leaves first. Inside, they have a girls talk. Laura just wanted to help push the couple together.
Mani proposes a wedding dress exhibit and a photography competition to draw back their customers. Chin Wing Tong opposes the idea because it will use a lot of money but Howard approves it. Since one of them approved, the idea will go through.
Afterwards, Chin Wing Tong yells at Howard for helping Mani. Howard’s father Lok Yat Fan comes and Howard explains his reasoning. The he apologizes and promise to talk things over with Chin Wing Tong next time before they make a decision.
Cyrus arrives at the warehouse with Yan Yan’s cup noodles. He sees her looking up Chin Wing Tong and asks her why she’s looking into him. He finds out it was because of Amber and gets really mad.
Amber dresses up and approaches Chin Wing Tong’s right-hand man. She warms up to him and tries to fish out how Ho Gor (Cyrus’ dad) really died. He tells her that he committed suicide by jumping off a building but she’s not accepting that answer.
Chin Wing Tong enters then and takes an instant liking to Amber. She tries to leave but Chin Wing Tong holds her back.
Cyrus comes looking for Chin Wing Tong and gets into a fight with Chin Wing Tong’s men. When Chin Wing Tong comes out he realizes Amber was in cahoots with Cyrus. He orders his men to beat Cyrus up and he just takes it. Afterwards, he’s held down as Chin Wing Tong approaches him. It’s Cyrus’ fault that he has no son. His father died in the place of Cyrus but that doesn’t mean Chin Wing Tong has forgiven him. He tells him to get as far away from him as possible before smashing an empty bottle over his head.
Amber is hysterical. She takes Cyrus to her house and helps cleans him up since he refuses to go to the hospital. She apologizes for causing this mess. She explains that she wanted to know if Chin Wing Tong was the one behind Cyrus’ father’s death.
Cyrus tells her the truth. His father and Chin Wing Tong were good buddies since his father was Chin Wing Tong’s right-hand man and he was good buddies with Chin Wing Tong’s son Duncan. Their parents planned for the two of them to take over the business later on.
Before Cyrus left for the UK for university, he gave a watch to his father.
In UK, they met another guy named Ah Yeung and the three of them became good friends.
On the night of their graduation, they had all been drinking and because Cyrus was the most ‘sober’ out of all of them (but still piss drunk) he was tasked with driving them home. Unfortunately, they got into a car accident. Cyrus survived but Duncan died and Ah Yeung became paralyzed from the waist down.
Cyrus later finds out that Chin Wing Tong never thought of his father as a brother. He demanded for Cyrus’ life after what he did to Duncan but his father offered to die in his place instead. Cyrus blames himself for everything.
Amber tells him that she’ll always be there for him.
Since she’s stupid and impulsive, Cyrus comments about having to take care of her for the rest of their lives. Amber gets mad but Cyrus kisses her mid-rant. He tells her he’s giving her the answer now – no need to wait three more months. To him, she’s his most important person and he’s willing to protect her forever.
Turtle gives Yan Yan all the evidences of Chan Kau’s wrongdoings and pushes her to give it to her father. She wanders to his apartment when she sees him drop a bag of fruits. She goes to help him and he recognizes her as his daughter immediately.
They go somewhere to talk. He asks about her sisters and mother but she tells him it’s none of his business. She hands him all the evidences and tells him to stop being so selfless and defend himself. She tells him to think about his wife too. It doesn’t seem like her words are getting through his head so Yan Yan gets frustrated and walks away.
Mani shows up at the warehouse to give Chan Kau the check for his pension. A group of customs officers come by and are declaring the warehouse be closed and undergo investigation.
Cheuk Gwan Lam announces this to the board members the next day. They’re mad and demand he fix this other wise he’ll be replaced.
Mani is feeling down and tries to find someone to get dinner with but all her friends are busy. So she decides to get ice cream on her own. After Mani sits down, Amber and Cyrus enter the stop too. Upon hearing Cyrus’ voice, Mani turns around but then sees the couple holding hands.
Cyrus tells Amber to go back first.
Then he sits down with Mani and apologizes. She says it was more her fault for overthinking it. The two continue to talk and Mani tells him not to worry about her anymore and she won’t care about his stuff. Then she tells him to leave first. He does and Mani watches him go.
Mani gets into her car. Then suddenly Howard gets into her passenger seat. He heart and saw everything in the ice-cream shop. She tells him to leave but he tells her she needs to let all those emotions out right now. And he knows just the place to do it.
He takes her to Disneyland and they have a good time there.
Cheuk Gwan Lam goes out for a walk and sees Mani returning with Howard.
I’ll give it to Ah Sang for finding Ringo’s mini office. But idk how he also got the code to enter the office too. Like wtf that makes no sense.
I liked the Disneyland scenes. Imagine being about to catch these actors on that day there haha.
